The Performance Corporation seeks a Producer

The ideal candidate will work alongside the Artistic Director in realising the artistic goals of one of Ireland’s most exciting theatre companies. Duties will include financial management of the company and individual projects, implementation of fundraising and sponsorship plans, devising and implementing marketing plans for all company’s activities, maintaining and nurturing relationships with key stake holders, general office management, copywriting and regular upkeep of company’s website and online social networks.

The ideal candidate will immediately be charged with producing a large scale site-specific international co-production in the USA, an international artists’ residency The SPACE Programme at the company’s base in Castletown House, and a site-specific Irish première, as well as other national and international events planned for 2011.

Knowledge and experience in the arts and a driving licence is desirable.

This is a full time position with a renewable 1-year contract. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
